• Passionate about food with good cooking skills.
• Experienced in Barista Machine service and training
• Able to develop customer relationships and drive sales.
• A great team leader, manager and motivator.
• An excellent communicator.
• Able to control costs and manage purchases.
• Organised and enjoys getting the details right.
• Familiar with best practices of H&S and food hygiene (HACCP).
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
