About the Role: As an IT Project Manager, you will support the successful execution of projects within our IT department, working closely with experienced project managers and cross-functional teams. You will help coordinate activities, monitor progress, and ensure projects meet their objectives in line with AXA’s strategic goals. • Assist in creating and maintaining project reports and documentation following global governance standards.
• Support the management of project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
• Organize and lead daily stand-up meetings to keep projects on track.
• Identify potential risks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders to mitigate impact.
• Contribute to defining and applying standards and methodologies for effective project management.
• Promote security best practices in all project activities, aligning with Group policies.
• Facilitate communication between IT teams and stakeholders, sharing updates and managing expectations.
• Support the transition of projects from implementation to ongoing operations (business as usual).
