We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in logistics, inventory management, and transportation planning. This role requires a strong leader with a background in supply chain management and a commitment to continuous improvement.

SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including logistics, inventory management, and operations management.
• Experience with lean methodologies and process improvement techniques.
• Proficiency in transportation planning, including familiarity with 3PL and NVOCC operations.
• Demonstrated ability in budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and supply chain analytics.
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager is essential.
• Familiarity with AS400 systems is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of forklift operations and safety protocols is preferred.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage budgeting and profit & loss statements to ensure financial targets are met.
• Utilize transportation management systems to optimize logistics and freight operations.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development to foster a high-performing team.
• Coordinate demand planning and production planning activities to align with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse environment.

• Monitor inventory levels using ERP systems and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy.
