About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing & Digital Branding Lead to take ownership of digital branding, campaign execution, and content-driven initiatives. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves opportunity for someone who thrives on doing the work—not just managing it. The role focuses on elevating brand visibility, rebranding efforts, and bringing current marketing initiatives under control, while offering long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, and email platforms.

Branding & Content: Lead rebranding initiatives while producing engaging content, graphics, and video assets (editing, cutting, publishing).

Digital Strategy & Analytics: Track performance using Google Analytics and related tools; optimize efforts through A/B testing and ROI analysis.
*
Web & SEO Management: Manage updates in WordPress and optimize SEO, UX, and internal portals to strengthen brand presence.
*
Media & Networking: Own media content (LinkedIn is a key channel), event participation, and networking opportunities to grow brand awareness.

Collaboration: Work closely with technical associates to ensure accuracy in all marketing communications.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. ( Required)

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, branding, or related functions.

Strong hands-on execution skills in WordPress, graphic design, media content, and video editing.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and campaign tracking.
*
Demonstrated consistency in prior work history (no unexplained job-hopping).
*
Approachable, adaptable, and able to partner across teams to ensure marketing accuracy.
