The Senior Functional Analyst provides technical leadership, expertise, and support to ensure the efficient delivery of IT services in various technologies across the University. Working in an Agile environment, this role collaborates with vendors, product owners, development teams and other stakeholders, defining and validating complex business requirements, and working towards delivering effective and innovative solutions to meet those requirements. Operating at the intersection of technology and end-user needs, the Senior Functional Analyst leads and is responsible for the design, configuration, and optimisation of enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with the University’s strategic objectives. As one of the leaders of the team, this role maybe responsible for supervising a team/squad/s and independently lead initiatives. The Senior Functional Analyst will be required to report and manage assigned tasks and sub-projects for both themselves and other Functional Analysts, and to effectively engage and communicate with staff at all levels across the University.
