What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Manager - Sales, you will work with a dedicated team of passionate and high performing Recruitment Consultants. You will be responsible for recruiting Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Territory Managers, Sales Managers, Account Executives and Key Account Managers across the FMCG market.

Your key responsibilities:

Source and place candidates for your clients
Business development calls
Create candidate attraction strategies
Engage with your clients
Screen and interview candidates
Work closely with your team to source candidates
Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for our clients recruitment needs
