Working closely with senior marketing stakeholders, this role provides end‑to‑end administrative and coordination support across a range of in‑person and virtual events, including conferences, trade shows, sponsored events and webinars. This position offers genuine flexibility and is ideal for someone looking to balance meaningful work with other commitments. This is a Fixed term (until end of Dec 2026 with possible extension) part-time role based in Sydney (St. Leonards), with flexible hybrid working arrangements (4 half days or 2 full days per week) to support your work-life balance.
