POSITION OVERVIEW
As an IT Specialist at Kurum Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the company’s IT infrastructure. This role will focus on server administration, network security, and CCTV/IP camera systems, while also providing day-to-day technical support to the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage both operational tasks and strategic technology improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, server administration, and network technologies
Strong knowledge of CCTV/IP security systems
Proficiency in Windows Server and/or Linux system administration
In-depth understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS)
Experience in hardware maintenance and repair (servers, switches, routers, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or similar are an advantage
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with access control systems
Knowledge of cloud-based security solutions
Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems
Project management and IT documentation skills
Install, configure, and maintain in-house servers and network infrastructure
Setup, manage, and troubleshoot CCTV/IP-based security camera systems
Configure and maintain network security, firewalls, VPN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS
Monitor system performance and manage data backup and disaster recovery processes
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
Provide timely technical support to staff and resolve IT requests
Research, recommend, and implement new technologies and security solutions
Develop and maintain IT policies, documentation, and procedures
