Your Role & Team We’re seeking a Strategy Manager to join our newly created Strategy function. In this role, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the company's strategic vision. You will work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, support product planning and develop actionable plans. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in strategy formulation and technology. You'll report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in this role. Prepare briefs, presentations, and reports for executive meetings, including board meetings and SLT strategy offsites in a clear and compelling manner. Business Analysis: Evaluate and assess key business metrics and performance indicators. Identify areas for improvement and work with stakeholders to implement strategic solutions. Analyse financial data to support strategic initiatives and business development. Opportunity Assessment: Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed initiatives, including clear investment requirements and ROI.
