About the role We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Marketing Campaign Manager to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support revenue growth. This is a pivotal role in our performance marketing team, ideal for someone who is eager to grow, proactive and thrives on data-driven performance, multi-channel execution and continuous optimisation. You’ll work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing, as well as wider stakeholders to translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns across email, content, paid media, events and more. With the support of a digital agency, you’ll play a key role in implementing and optimising campaigns to meet performance marketing KPIs. You will have visibility of all marketing activities happening across the board, so being a good communicator, able to prioritise and manage your workload whilst having a strong grasp of performance metrics across different channels, is essential for this role.
