THE ROLE:
For the Accent Brands merchants everything begins and ends with the consumer. The Accent brands Merchandising team understands consumer needs and market capacity to create the right product mix for the Australia & New Zealand marketplace. From stores to online, this team helps bring the seasonal category visions to life. The Merchandising team has the unique ability to see beyond trends to identify what’s next to deliver the right product to the right places at the right time and price.
The Accent Brands team is looking for our next Merchandise Specialist to drive the next period of growth for leading global brands including Dickies and Lacoste. As the Merchandise Specialist you will excel in understanding local and global market consumer trends to build profitable and consumer right assortments for the ANZ market. Working in partnership with sales, marketing and the direct-to-consumer teams you will oversee and manage market capacity, range architecture blending both art and science. Your ability to influence both internal stakeholders in the local and global team coupled with strong relationship building skills will be critical to success in this role.
