Strategic and Tactical Planning: Lead the Dermatology brand strategy and operating plan, ensuring clear positioning, a cohesive narrative across channels and stakeholders, and alignment to enterprise objectives. Cross Functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Compliance, and Regulatory to enable seamless, compliant execution and timely decision-making. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and lead strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and advocacy groups, to shape brand strategy, strengthen trust, and deliver long-term value. What we’re seeking in you: Bachelor in Health Science related discipline or Marketing, Business Administration; MSc in Health Sciences, or MBA an asset. 8 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including 3 years in product management and new product launches Product Launch experience in the pharmaceutical industry; ideally within dermatology or inflammatory diseases.
