What you will be doing: Contacting potential existing customers to upsell our business Mastercard (Velos) and as part of the sell explaining to them how Velos can benefit their business. Supporting our customers through the sales process from credit applications, activations and helping them to get up and running with their product. Maintaining a positive relationship between Radius and its customers. Driving conversations with our current clients to understand their requirements and discussing any potential/ current challenges their businesses are facing and how Velos can solve those issues.
