In this role, you will be responsible for equipping our consumer sales teams and retail/channel partners with the tools, training, and content they need to successfully represent Sandisk in a highly competitive marketplace. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Enablement Develop and deliver training programs, playbooks, and onboarding resources to strengthen the capabilities of consumer sales teams across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels. Partner with Sales Leadership to identify gaps and design targeted enablement initiatives that enhance field readiness and execution. Establish and maintain a centralized repository for sales collateral, training materials, and resources, ensuring timely access for a global salesforce. Sales Communications Create high-quality presentations, executive talking points, and sales materials to support strategic customer meetings with retailers and channel partners. Develop clear and consistent internal communications that keep global sales teams aligned on product launches, sales campaigns, and business priorities. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Category Management teams to translate product updates into actionable and impactful sales messaging.
