Marketing Technology Utilization: Use marketing automation and CRM platforms to segment audiences, personalize communications, and automate workflows based on customer data and behavior. Experimentation & Growth Initiatives: Lead experiments and growth initiatives using a test-and-learn approach to improve engagement and conversion rates. Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and other teams to align marketing activities with business goals and optimize customer and partner experiences. What you'll need to succeed Experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM, digital marketing, or marketing automation. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Braze, Segment, Salesforce, or similar). Strong analytical and technical skills; ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and execution skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
