This role is an integral part of the Operations Training & Resourcing Group and will provide an efficient and high-quality administrative support capability within ARFFS Training for a broad range of activities and events. This includes coordination support for accredited training courses, operational workshops and miscellaneous training programs. The role also assists in the smooth functioning of ARFFS Training through the management of the ARFFS training inbox, resolution of enquires, travel and accommodation arrangements, document preparation and record-keeping, supply monitoring or ordering, and other support duties as required.
This will involve:
Assist with end-to-end course activities such as student corporate induction, uniform fitting, course photos, and graduation-related tasks such as set-up, catering, invitations, reception and certificate presentation
Undertake routine procurement and financial administration processes in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Manage and monitor ARFFS Training resources such as student laptops and training aids
Other duties as directed by the ARFFS Training Delivery Lead or as required such as recording keeping, archiving, notetaking, message drafting, supply ordering and shipping
