Practice expertise across disability services including risk assessment, safety planning and complex casework; strong trauma‑informed lens Quality & compliance mindset (audits, case reviews, improvement planning, reporting) Capability building: proven training, coaching and mentoring skills across multidisciplinary teams Experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high-performance cultures.
