New Adventures Early Learning Center in Twinsburg, Ohio is looking for full-time Lead Teachers. If you are currently following your dream to make an impact on the lives of little ones, or you are just beginning your path, New Adventures is the place for you. Our schools are big believers in the impact a teacher can make, and we want you to come to help us shape growing minds. We have a wonderful workplace culture where we all feel like a family. We are looking for a prospective candidate to work a full-time shift (8 hours) Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm, with the possibility of additional hours if needed.

JOB AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A degree is not required, and NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field.

-OR-

  • Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field.

-OR-

  • Proof of a current CDA and the on-going training requirements
  • Passion to be a lifelong learner with a desire for professional development and growth
  • Clean FBI/BCI background screening (required)

Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
