Job Summary: The Part-Time Administrative Assistant is an employee who provides front-office support to all Lehigh Valley Zoo departments. The position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Operations, who is responsible for Guest Services, and indirectly to the Chief Operating Officer. This year-round part-time position will work in the front office. Flexible hours and weekends are needed. There is potential for additional hours as needed to help with our seasonal events. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure all guest inquiries and business-related telephone calls and emails are being handled in a proficient, professional and polite manner. Ensure that all incoming emails, voicemail messages and faxes are distributed to the correct individual or department With guidance from the Director of Operations and training provided, handle on-site guest and staff relations.
