The Opportunity The Community Facilities Administration Officer is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the Sport & Community Facilities team specifically related to community facilities. This is achieved by: Providing a high level of customer service and administration relating to the use of Council community facilities Supporting effective relationships with users of Moonee Valley City Council’s community facilities Working in conjunction with relevant Council departments to ensure that Council’s sporting facilities continue to provide an attractive, clean, safe and well-maintained environment for users Supporting the key operational outputs of the team including bookings, invoicing, usage monitoring and business information management.
