Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the club. Acting as a competent key holder, opening and closing the club as required. Handling administrative duties, including use of the membership software system. Staying informed about fitness challenges, classes, and gym floor focuses, actively taking part to promote engagement. Supporting the Fitness Manager and wider team in delivering gym floor initiatives. Ensuring member feedback and complaints are handled professionally and escalated when needed.
