Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, security-related concerns, and/or maintenance issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assist with screening or visitor processing as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior or unauthorized access attempts. Support routine operations by preparing reports, maintaining activity logs, and following post orders related to public-facing facilities and utility-related locations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to ride a bike. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being able to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
