The Program Manager, Center of Excellence Audit, position is within the Governance and Risk Solutions (GRS) team in Audit, Risk and Compliance (ARC). The core responsibility is to support ARC’s functions by owning, driving, and improving programs and processes. This role will be responsible for having effective program management for processes across all the pillars of ARC. You will lead with data, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver operational excellence across ARC processes.
ARC’s mission is to provide independent and objective audit, investigative, and advisory services aimed at providing assurance to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Board of Directors that the company is appropriately identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating it’s risk.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
• OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
• OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 5+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
• OR equivalent experience.
• Use of Artificial Intelligence and automation in process improvements.
• Experience with Microsoft products such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps.
• Operational, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance experience.

Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.

• Demonstrate understanding of mapping or how systems work and impact one another and collaborate with other teams to ensure program processes are rigorous.
• Use of artificial intelligence and automation for optimization of processes.
