The Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining quality, service and cleanliness of the restaurant during his/her assigned shift by enforcing established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the restaurant for complete shifts
• Directs and coordinates their team
• Implements policies
• Completes daily paperwork
• Ensures proper restaurant standards are met
• Qualifications:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and be able to lift up to 40 pounds
