EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or closely related field - or add 10 years of additional experience.
• Associates Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or closely related field- required.

EXPERIENCE

Equivalent work experience with a healthcare IT department- Preferred
Formal healthcare project management experience- Preferred
CCL and ad hoc investigations experience- Preferred
Modifications to and maintenance of ops jobs, purge templates, and unauthenticated data experience- Preferred
Minimum 10 years as Cerner Integration Architect- Preferred
Minimum 7 years knowledge and experience working with Cerner Millennium solutions- Preferred
Minimum 5 years experience- Preferred
Must have the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a variety of tasks and
activities in a timely and effective manner.
Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

CERNER code management activities:

• Cerner upgrades, service & cumulative package installation, and regression testing.

• Cerner security design, build, and testing and developing domain strategies for pre and post production domains for multi- phase implementations..

• Cerner orders design, build, testing, and integration to systems.

• Facilitating Cerner design sessions with Vendors, Systems Engineers, support technicians, and super users to determine application requirements and design specifications.
