This position will provide the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client’s business and becoming a trusted advisor. The ideal candidates will support Program/Project Management activities, Strategic Business Management, Business Process Analysis and Improvement, and Business Intelligence Analysis and Visualization support for IT projects and programs, with a focus on ServiceNow. Duties and Responsibilities: · Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable specifications and user-focused deliverables · Map and improve end-to-end business processes across directorates; recommend efficiencies and continuous-improvement opportunities · Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, policies, process flows, training/how-to guides, and other documentation · Build and sustain project/process metrics, support business intelligence, data analysis, and visualization · Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, interviews, and workshops with leadership, IPTs, working groups, and key stakeholders · Support governance activities (planning, scheduling, briefings, notes, and publication) · Utilize the ServiceNow environment to support requirements validation, configuration/integration coordination, testing support, deployment preparation, and post-production considerations as required · Produce professional, executive-ready written and visual artifacts · Take on other tasks to ensure timely and quality submission of deliverables.
