You will assist consultants by preparing client-ready materials, coordinating project activities, documenting processes, supporting market research, and helping manage communication with clients and internal teams. This role provides hands-on exposure to how sales-driven businesses operate, with a front-row view of revenue-related functions such as sales operations, customer management, pipeline processes, pricing, and go-to-market execution. Through client projects, you will also gain contextual exposure to adjacent functions (operations, finance, and marketing) as they relate to revenue performance and growth. This position is ideal for someone interested in consulting, sales operations, and business process improvement who enjoys working behind the scenes to support high-quality client delivery. This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Report Writing & Documentation Draft business reports, summaries, and analytical write-ups to support strategic initiatives. Prepare presentation materials, briefing notes, and discussion documents for meetings. Organize information into clear formats such as summaries, tables, charts, or narrative explanations. Help maintain internal documentation, including process notes, project updates, and research archives. Research, Analysis & Business Insights Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Summarize research findings into clear, well-structured reports and briefs for internal and client use. Assist in gathering business information through interviews, document reviews, and secondary research. Identify key insights from data or research and translate them into actionable recommendations. Project Coordination & Administrative Support Assist with project planning activities, including preparing agendas, notes, and follow-up documentation. Track progress on ongoing initiatives and help prepare status updates. Support coordination between team members by gathering information and organizing project materials. Contribute to project reports, timelines, and overall documentation. Process Review & Improvement Support Support cross-functional team discussions to understand current workflows and challenges. Document existing processes and help outline opportunities for refinement or clarification. Participate in brainstorming sessions and help capture recommendations and follow-up actions. Prepare process summaries and improvement suggestions for management review. Communication & Collaboration Communicate with team members to gather required information for reports and research tasks. Basic familiarity with website management platforms is considered an asset; the ability to support content updates and minor page edits is a bonus.
