Develop and manage a sales pipeline of potential clients and partners through the sales process. Present proposals to potential clients, including handling negotiations and closing deals. Prepare weekly reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and sales pipeline progress. Cross-sell additional services to existing and new clients. Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events. Meet and exceed sales goals to ensure financial business growth. Prospect for and maintain a strong pipeline of quotes and proposals for clients. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, science, engineering, or a relevant field, preferred. Hunter mentality; not afraid of cold calls and the ability to be an expert within the industry. Working knowledge of 40 and 49 CFRs. Understanding of chemistry and chemical properties. Work Environment This role involves travel across half of the state or more, with minimal overnight travel required. The position entails approximately 16 hours in the office and 24 hours in the field each week. A company vehicle will be provided. The work environment includes moving around the office and occasionally on job sites, moving equipment up to 10 lbs., remaining stationary for long periods, operating technological devices, and occasionally ascending/descending stairs.
