As a Business Analyst at easyJet holidays, you’ll be working closely with Product Owners and Delivery teams to shape how we deliver change. You’ll lead on gathering and managing business requirements across a range of projects, seeing them through from initial idea to delivery.
You’ll spend time getting to know how our business works, how our systems connect, and where we can do better. Your role is to connect the dots between the business and technical teams, making sure we’re clear on what needs to happen, why it matters, and what it means for our people and customers.
You’ll stay close to the product throughout the lifecycle, flagging risks early, asking the right questions, and making sure impacts on processes are properly understood. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, help define measurable outcomes and contribute to how we improve our ways of working over time.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:
We’re looking for and experienced Business Analyst who is used to working with stakeholders to challenge thinking, test assumptions, and make sure plans align with business strategy, customer needs and regulatory requirements.
You’ll bring a structured approach to complex problems, mapping out current processes, identifying gaps, and defining clear, practical solutions. You’ll have experience of working in agile environments and know how to apply techniques like Behaviour Driven Development to write effective, useful requirements.
You’ll need strong analysis skills, and be able to get to the root of a problem, understand the wider market context, and clearly document what needs to change. You’ll also know how websites and CMS platforms fit together, and how digital experiences are built and maintained.
We’re look for somebody who is collaborative, thoughtful and proactive. You know how to bring people with you, whether you’re working with delivery teams or senior stakeholders. You’re a confident communicator and facilitator, and you’re at your best when working closely with others.
Experience in the travel or holidays industry would be great, but more important is your ability to ask the right questions, connect the dots, and keep things moving.
