Business Planning & Execution (to achieve assigned KPIs) Develop sales plans covering the full range of environmental services, from consulting to sample analysis. Identify and establish new business opportunities, including services in compliance with Vietnamese regulations (priority) and international regulations (reference). Monitor trends and customer demands to drive the development of new services. 2. Customer & Partnership Development Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients (especially industrial zones, FDI enterprises, investors, and international contractors). Expand service offerings to existing customer portfolios. Collaborate with industry associations, manufacturers, and event organizers to broaden the sales network. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​3. Supporting Activities Perform cross-selling among Eurofins business units to increase market penetration.
