This role focuses on identifying and pursuing projects in food & beverage, cold storage, distribution, and other industrial sectors, while working closely with engineering, construction, and service teams to deliver client focused solutions. The Business Development Manager plays a key role in expanding market share and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial refrigeration markets. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of projects and service contracts. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in construction, service, and maintenance. Support clients with project planning, budgeting, and technical guidance. Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Support marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Identify strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and market reach. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
