Job Description Reporting to the APAC L&D Associate Director this role supports the APAC L&D Associate Director to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives and programs to boost employee skills, performance, and career growth, aligning individual development with company goals by identifying skill gaps, creating materials, delivering training, and evaluating effectiveness, acting as a key link between HR and strategic business needs across Asia. Duties and responsibilities L&D strategy Work with the Associate Director L&D Learning & Development, Head of People Asia, and Asia HRMs and HRBPs to communicate the regional L&D strategy and associated initiatives Work with the Associate Director L&D Learning & Development embed the L&D strategy across the Asia business, delivering solutions which deliver the best outcomes Support the development of a cohesive and structured L&D offering across all disciplines and role levels in Asia Evaluate training effectiveness including analysing participant feedback and developing tools to outline the return on investment Work with the Global L&D team to tailor and deploy global initiatives in the Asia region where appropriate updating internal databases.
