Job Description Our Cargo charter team work around the clock to organise and arrange charters for their clients to help move their shipments quickly and securely. This is a fast-paced sales role that requires a quick thinker who is able to build and develop sustainable relationships with clients, whilst problem solving complex Joining the company as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 7 months as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time, you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a charter goes off with ease. Becoming a broker in our cargo department gives you the opportunity to travel to countries well off the beaten path and to experience things in aviation that you never knew were possible (or existed), all while solving complex problems using the in depth knowledge that you will learn from our best in class training.
