MANAGER OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, people-focused business development leader to help drive our next chapter. You’ll lead our strategic sales efforts, build deep client relationships, and own the business development function end-to-end. You will be in the room from day one: driving conversations, building trust, and closing deals.
This is a hands-on, full-time, in-person role with real leadership responsibilities and the potential to grow into a role managing the direction of the company.

This is an on-site role based in Ottawa. Full, in-office engagement is essential for leading the team, collaborating with partners, and delivering exceptional client service.
