Job Description The Development Manager will lead and oversee all phases of construction and development projects from inception through completion. Risk Management Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. Leadership & Team Development Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and coordinators. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use development projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
