We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a networking expert with a proven track record in building robust pipelines and driving business growth. Responsibilities Identify and prospect new business opportunities that results in new business Maintain records and reports in our CRM Actively develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners Identify and establish potential channel partners Maintain and/or exceed monthly KPIs A minimum of 4 years of B2B business development experience Previous experience in a consultative sales role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet Strong understanding of business culture and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — both in Arabic and English.
