Job Description As an HR Business Partner at Techland, you will be a strategic advisor and the comprehensive support for business, managers, and employees on all levels of the organization. Main responsibilities: Designing and management of HR projects/processes, in areas such as benefits, employee evaluation, performance management, job satisfaction monitoring, and communication; Comprehensive support of all Techland employees (onboarding, training, motivational programs, providing feedback, coaching, offboarding); Implementation of tools to improve employee related processes (promotions, engagement, performance); Identify and strategically help develop talent; Supporting change implementation process in the organization; Ensuring the compliance of work conditions with changing labor law provisions; Monitoring, analyzing data, and recommending adjustments to the HR strategy to align with evolving business needs; Designing and supporting L&D activities; Leading workshops & working with groups.
