BACKGROUND:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fleet Supervisor with a background in delivery services to join our team. Responsibilities include- hiring, onboarding, managing and coordinating our fleet of Riders/ Drivers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in a fleet management role in the delivery services industry. Minimum of 1 year.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Riders/drivers, staff, and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Emails, Following up with Platforms, etc.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.

Ensuring fleet operations comply with local and state rules and regulations and RTA laws.
Finding ways to cut costs and maximized profits.
Maintain track of all Leased/Owned Vehicles/Equipment. Track oil changes, Tires, Oil Filter and Air filter changes, and periodic maintenance.
Hands-on experience in Vehicle repair & maintenance, its cost, and thorough knowledge of UAE Garage.
Follow up for vehicle and insurance registration/renewal and SALIK / DARB tags registration/top-ups and Time-bound passing of Vehicle inspection.
Maintain and monitor data of Drivers, Vehicles, Mileage, Fuel Consumption & Efficiency, Per Day Trips & Routes, and tolls Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
Carry out technical and operational activities for fleet management of the Organization’s vehicles (Documentation, legalizations, insurance, claims, maintenance, administrative infractions, fuel, contract management, and cost control.
Candidate must well be aware of the passing and renewals process of all category vehicles.
