Description du poste EN TANT QUE CHEF DE RANG Vous êtes responsable du bon déroulement du service et assurez une qualité d’accueil et de services personnalisés auprès de notre clientèle. Vous connaissez parfaitement la carte afin de répondre aux attentes des clients. Vous procèderez notamment aux différentes opérations de service et de mise en place dans le respect des standards de qualité et procédures en vigueur au sein de votre hôtel. Qualifications Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation hôtelière type BEP/CAP, BAC PRO, BTS vous justifiez d’une expérience significative d’au moins 2 années à un poste et établissement similaire.
