We are seeking dedicated and skilled Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our distribution processes. This position involves various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management, requiring both physical strength and technical knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but will train the right person, with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes.
• Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Experience with order picking, shipping & receiving, and load/unload operations is essential.
• Strong physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
• A background in construction or similar fields can be advantageous for this role.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jack for loading and unloading materials.
• Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently to fulfill customer orders.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed correctly.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and perform basic mechanical maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist in heavy lifting and moving of materials throughout the warehouse as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
