You will perform a variety of tasks which involve the managing the daily maintenance operations, upkeep, and repair of the facility. What does it take to succeed? o Develop, coordinate, and execute short and long range facility planning for conducting preventative maintenance with inventory of maintenance stock and equipment. o Performs general carpentry, painting & plumbing tasks involved in the alteration, repair and maintenance of buildings or equipment. o Follows all local safety regulations maintaining compliance and OJT of maintenance staff. o Operates motor vehicle in the performance of the duties. The Qualifiers: o Must possess three year of working knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties. o Is required to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, climb and work in tiring or uncomfortable positions. o Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds. o Will be required to work both indoors and outdoors. o Must possess a valid state driver’s license and pass a pre-employment criminal & motor vehicle background check.
