In this role, you will be the primary contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that each interaction is friendly, informative, and efficient. Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, resolving issues, and promoting our range of water solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. CORE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Process orders and manage customer accounts. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Encourage sales of additional services and products where appropriate. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
