QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role required
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience working with databases is an asset

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visiting guests/customers including the taking of orders and payments
  • Liase with sales representatives
  • Build positive relationships with clients
  • Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with internal and external contacts
  • Participate in Call Centre -assist in answering all incoming customer calls – residential and commercial
  • Arrange orders for service, delivery, lubes, Cardlock/PetroPass cards, etc
  • Secure new account and equipment leads
  • Assist in customer mailings and other communications as required
