Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and software systems - Perform field service visits to client locations to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Follow schematics and diagrams to ensure proper installation and configuration of equipment - Conduct cabling and wiring installations for network connectivity - Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or in-person - Perform mechanical and electrical repairs as needed - Troubleshoot software issues and perform necessary updates or installations - Ensure compliance with low voltage and electrical safety standards - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Experience: - Previous experience in a field technician or similar role is preferred - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and network connectivity - Familiarity with schematics and diagrams for equipment installation - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members - Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs and maintenance Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
