Team & business support * Coordinate business and team support activities, including onboarding and offboarding, divisional communications, invoice and expense processing, and management of shared resources. * Provide ad‑hoc support across the executive office as required. Prioritisation & problem solving * Manage competing priorities, support special projects, anticipate issues, and proactively recommend solutions to ensure smooth executive operations. Technology & AI enablement * Leverage AI tools and digital solutions to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the quality of executive outputs.
