Responsibilities * Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both individual and corporate clients. * Present, promote, and sell our products and services, including luxury chocolates, gift arrangements, and event planning packages. * Understand client requirements for events and special occasions to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. * Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients. * Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to securing the final sale. * Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
