Position Overview: GoBolt is looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team for revenue reporting and workflow automations. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations, Accounts Receivable and Data teams to analyze revenue capture workflows, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize operational processes. Salary band: $60k-70k Key Responsibilities: Develop and own standardized reporting and analysis on shipping carrier cost data (invoices) to power reporting and identify cost-saving opportunities Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics such as costs and credits by region and merchant Collaborate with the sales and accounts team to optimize shipment carrier selection based on data insights. Support the development and refinement of invoicing workflows and documentation Own designing and implementing revenue capture initiatives Implement processes that directly improve Days of Sales Outstanding (DSO) and similar cashflow metrics Document and report on cross-functional projects impacting various internal and external software/tools used for invoicing merchants Assist in enhancing custom billing processes for our strategic merchants Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Economics, Finance, Data Science, Logistics, or Business. 1-3 years of experience in finance or data analysis, preferably within transportation or logistics. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. Experience with SQL, databases and large data tools is a bonus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
