Manage the effective use of external vendors and contractors supporting surveys, make-ready work, and inspections. Experience with processes adjacent to real estate issues (geospatial analysis, ALTA and boundary surveying, property tax assessment, site permitting, legal or paralegal aspects of real estate documents and the curative processes required to ensure proper conveyance of land rights and securing real estate rights. Strong oral, written, and presentation communication and relationship management skills. Success working in various roles on cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing resource requirements at any given time, and to marshal resources to complete work in a timely manner.
