ROSEVILLE, CA | FULL TIME | $135,000–$175,000 ANNUALLY (DOE)

NEXTAFF is seeking a talented Civil Project Manager for a premier land development firm in Roseville, CA. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a respected, community-driven civil engineering company now backed by a larger, multi-disciplinary firm. If you’re a licensed PE with land development experience and a passion for leading projects that shape thriving communities, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of civil engineering experience (land development focus).
  • PE license in California (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • Strong communication, project leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and relevant design tools.

Preferred:

  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Background with both public and private sector development.
  • Established relationships with local municipalities and permitting agencies.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Deltek).
