JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and employees alike.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating with team members when necessary.

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including restrooms, common areas. facility grounds and storage unit cleaning
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to effectively clean surfaces and maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure all waste is disposed of properly and recycling protocols are followed.
• Conduct routine inspections of cleaning tasks to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in cleanliness.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
