Description Our team is looking to have a Bathroom Attendant who would be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of all public bathhouses, restrooms, and shower facilities throughout the resort. This role ensures an exceptional guest experience by keeping high-traffic facilities sanitary, well-stocked, and in good working order at all times. Requirements Perform regular walkthroughs of all public bathhouses and shower buildings according to the park’s cleaning schedule Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, sinks, floors, mirrors, and all high-touch surfaces Restock supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and cleaning products Monitor facility conditions and quickly address spills, messes, or maintenance needs Empty trash and ensure waste receptacles are clean and odor-free Maintain cleanliness logs and follow sanitation procedures and standards Greet guests courteously and provide basic assistance or direct them to the appropriate staff when needed Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are stored safely and used according to guidelines Uphold Jellystone Park’s high standards for guest satisfaction and facility presentation Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances Job Qualifications: Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary Ability to work well in stressful situations Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
