Du sorgst dafür, dass die Trainingsorte abgesprochen und optimal vorbereitet sind. Kommunikation rund um Trainings: Du informierst Teilnehmende und Teamleiter:innen vorab und kümmerst dich um die Nachbereitung. Leitung von Trainings: Du führst Workshops, Leadership-Trainings und weitere Schulungen selbstständig durch. Du bereitest Trainings gemeinsam mit Co-Trainern vor und wertest diese anschließend aus. Feedback & Optimierung: Du analysierst das Teilnehmerfeedback, misst die Wirkung der Trainings und identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale. Lerninterventionen: Identifiziere Lernbedürfnisse mit Teamleitern und der Personalabteilung (HR) und schlage neue Lernlösungen vor, die einen Unterschied machen. Das bringst du mit Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor Studium im Bereich Psychologie, Pädagogik, Personalwesen oder Ähnlichem 4+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in denen du Präsenztrainings selbst durchgeführt und eng mit dem operativen Bereich zusammengearbeitet hast Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Leidenschaft für Lernen und Entwicklung sowie der Antrieb, den Einfluss innerhalb von Picnic zu steigern. Du bist bereit, zu verschiedenen Standorten in Deutschland zu reisen, um vor Ort Trainings durchzuführen und besitzt dafür einen Führerschein.
