Tener conocimiento y experiencia en facilitación de capacitaciones, tanto en modalidad virtual como presencial. Contar con experiencia en la gestión de indicadores de capacitación, generación de informes y presentaciones en el área de capacitación o formación de empleados. Será un diferencial tener conocimiento y práctica del idioma Portugués, ya que el equipo es de LATAM.
